The results showed that several supporting factors in learning public speaking in SD Negeri 10 Kayuagung students involved the school environment, learning methods, the role of teachers, as well as motivation and support from parents. A conducive school environment, the application of interactive learning methods, the role of teachers as effective facilitators, and parental support in involving children in public speaking activities are factors that positively influence the development of public speaking skills at an early level. This research contributes to the understanding of supporting factors that need to be considered in designing public speaking learning from an early age in the elementary school environment. The implications of the research results could be the basis for improving education policies and curriculum development that support the development of speaking skills in primary school students from an early age.
