Implementasi Manajemen Mutu Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Di SDN 01 Desa Anyar Kecamatan Kayu Agung Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir

Abstract

This community service program in the form of education is based on collaboration between Real Work Lecture Students at Raden Fatah State Islamic University, Palembang and Anyar Village, Kayu Agung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research aims to investigate the implementation of school quality management in improving quality. education at SDN 01 Anyar Village, Kayu Agung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documents related to school quality management. The results of the research show that the implementation of school quality management has contributed positively to improving the quality of education at SDN 01 Desa Anyar. Factors such as leadership commitment, participation of all stakeholders, human resource development, and the use of data and information for decision making have played an important role in this process. The implication of this research is the need for awareness of the importance of school quality management and a commitment to implementing it consistently to improve the quality of education in other schools in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and other areas.
