Pembuatan Bolu Cupu Makanan Khas Kayuagung Sebagai Penunjang Perekonomian Masyarakat Desa Sukadana Kecamatan Kayu Agung

Abstract

This community service activity in Sukadana Village, Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province, is based on collaboration between Uin Raden Fatah Palembang real work students and the Sukadana subdistrict community with the aim of finding out how bolu cupu is managed as an effort to improve the community's economy. Sukadana, according to the results of observations made during the service, it is known that efforts to improve the economy of the Sukadana community, Kayuagung sub-district, are generally well managed. There is also a method used in this research, namely using qualitative methods with the data collection technique used is field studies, namely field studies. observations and interviews conducted by researchers for approximately 30 days in Sukadana village, to be precise with one of the owners of the Bolu Cupu business. According to the results of this service, it can be concluded that making Bolu Cupu is very good, and the community is also productive in their work.
